Leaving Stratford on the A3400, After approximately 3 miles you will come across Atherstone on Stour signposted to the left (IGNORE THIS AND KEEP GOING).

You will very shortly see on the left of the A3400 a sign saying “INDUSTRIAL ESTATES” ATHERSTONE, GROVE IND EST AND BEECHAM.

Turn LEFT into the Atherstone Ind estate. (OPPOSITE TURRETED GATED PILLARS OF THE MAIN ESTATE HOUSE).

Go straight on over the first of five sleeping policemen (Beware of  2nd yellow and black sleeping policeman as it feels if you are being coshed over the head if you hit it too fast), Carry on straight down the single track tarmac road, after about 3/4 of a mile you will reach Grove Ind Estate.

Carry on straight through the complex, staying on the single track tarmac road.

You will start to enter a wood on the road, go straight to the top of the wood, follow the road round to the left passing a green warehouse on the left and SAVCON ENGINEERING also on your left. After about 30 METERS turn 1st left in front of set of green gates into our yard, you will see 4 x 20 ‘ steel containers in front of you and a very large scaffold tower.
